Refund Policy

All orders can be cancelled up to the day of despatch, when a full refund will be credited, except if:

  1. the order is a large corporate order
  2. the hamper is a bespoke hamper, or where we have purchased specific items for your order
  3. the order has been personalised

For online and telephone orders, the customer has the right to cancel an order, for whatever reason, up to seven days after receipt of goods, as long as:

  1. We are notified in writing or email, within 7 working days of delivery
  2. The hamper does not contain any perishable items.
  3. The hamper remains unused and no components are opened
  4. The recipient takes all reasonable care of the hamper and ensures it is securely packaged up. They must then send it back to us using a suitable courier of their choice, at their own cost. The return address is:

We will refund you the product total (minus any carriage) within 28 days of receipt of the returned hamper.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order once it has been dispatched then the following refunds will apply;

Reason 1: Written or Email orders cancelled due to incorrect delivery information provided?

50% of the invoiced price of the hamper less the original delivery and return charges

Reason 2: Written or email orders for hampers not delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided

50% of the invoiced price of the hamper less the original delivery and return charges

Reason 3: For orders placed in writing or by email where the carrier is unable to deliver due to the unavailability of the recipient and the hamper is returned

50% of the invoiced price of the hamper less the original delivery and return charges.
